Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist with experience in US calling, billing, or healthcare insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience. They should be skilled in identifying gaps in customer success, proactively addressing concerns, and contributing to process improvements. This role also involves managing support tickets, analyzing customer interactions, and preparing reports based on existing data to enhance service quality. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in flexible shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.
Assist customers with billing, claims, and healthcare insurance-related concerns.
Identify and address gaps in customer success and service experience.
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports based on existing data to improve processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, following company guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in US calling, preferably in billing or healthcare insurance.
Strong communication skills with a neutral accent and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Experience in working with support tickets and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset to prepare reports and suggest process improvements.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts as per US time zones.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations.
Preferred Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Jotform etc.
