Job Title: Lifestyle coach - Part Time
HabitNu delivers the proven Diabetes Prevention Program developed by the Centers for Disease Control in a virtual setting. We work with participants in an online group setting to teach them how to eat healthy, integrate additional activity into their lifestyle, and reverse their risk for developing prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. The program uses an online discussion forum, educational videos, and group webinars to help participants stay on track. In addition, the participants are required to log their meals, track their activity minutes, and step on the scale to track their weight.
