Key Responsibilities Technology and Product Development
Lead the engineering team in the development and continuous improvement of HabitNu’s technology platforms, integrating AI/ML capabilities to enhance functionality and user engagement.
Drive AI-enabled product innovation, optimizing predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, and automated insights for users.
Ensure that product development aligns with the company’s business objectives and user needs.
Implement and oversee Agile development methodologies to deliver products efficiently and iteratively.
Establish best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Engineering Leadership & Team Management
Manage a geographically distributed engineering team (US and India), providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Recruit, train, and develop top engineering talent to support the company’s growth.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the engineering team.
Infrastructure & Security
Oversee cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2) and implement best practices for data security and privacy.
Optimize system architecture for high availability and efficiency.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with Product, Implementation, Business Development, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure seamless execution of new product features, updates, and integrations.
Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance HabitNu’s competitive edge.
Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in software development and engineering roles.
Proven success in leading remotely distributed teams
Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AI solutions, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Technical Expertise
Expertise in AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI APIs.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, MongoDB, and AI-driven technologies.
Proficiency in modern development practices such as DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.
Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly in AI product development.
