As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead the testing efforts, design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both manual and automated testing processes, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of QA best practices. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, contribute to process improvements, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly

• Lead and oversee the QA team to review and analyze system specifications, ensuring effective quality strategies are in place.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to design comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality.
• Evaluate product code in accordance with specifications, identifying potential issues early in thedevelopment lifecycle.
• Document testing phases, defects, and create detailed logs for tracking and resolution purposes.
• Report bugs, errors, and performance issues to the development teams and provide support during the troubleshooting process.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure ongoing product stability and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• 7-10 years of proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on leading teams and handling end-to-end testing processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management, QA methodologies, and leading teams through various testing phases.
• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks, including experience in regression testing and iterative development processes.
• Proven ability to document, troubleshoot, and resolve complex testing issues.
• Expertise in test management software, SQL, and other testing tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and keen attention to detail.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
