Our Diabetes Prevention Program is a highly engaging lifestyle change plan that helps participants lose weight and improve their health. Delivered online or in-person by trained Health Coaches in a small group setting, the year-long program guides participants to make small but long-lasting changes to their eating habits and physical activity. Available to participants in English and Spanish, the program is recognized by the CDC and is covered by many health plans.
The HabitNu program is based on the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) landmark Diabetes Prevention Program clinical trial that showed that losing 5-7% of body weight cuts the risk of developing type 2 diabetes in half.
